Shipping Policy

Deliveries within Australia—free for orders over $80!

We ship Australia-wide for a flat rate of $10, using Australia Post eParcel for smaller items (eg smaller handbags) and some luggage orders and a contracted courier company for larger items (eg suitcases). For orders over $80, after all discounts have been applied, Zelows will ship your purchase for free. It is your obligation to enter a correct, business-hours delivery address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes—please provide a physical delivery address wherever possible.

If a residential address is provided and no-one is home to receive a courier delivery, the contracted courier will charge us a second delivery fee which we must pass on to the customer. For this reason, we ask you to provide a business-hours delivery address, which may be different to your billing address.

If a residential address is provided and no-one is home to receive an Australia Post delivery, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and a collection slip will be left in your mailbox advising you where you can pick up your order. This process may slow delivery.

Can I order online and pick up instore?

Yes! If you live near a Zelows store, you can choose to pick up your online order instore and pay no delivery charge, regardless of the value of your order. During the Checkout process, you will be given the option to select the appropriate store. You will receive an email when your order is despatched, and the Zelows store team will phone you once it has arrived and is ready for you to collect. It’s best not to go instore asking for your order until you’ve received that phone call, as transit times between our warehouse and our stores vary and you may have to make a return visit.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed. However, if we receive your order during a particularly busy period or over the weekend, we cannot guarantee this, but we will certainly despatch as soon as possible. If you need your order urgently, please phone us on 1300 334 544 to discuss the options—we’ll do all we can to help.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Zelows if an order does not arrive, either by emailing enquiries@zelows.com.au or by calling 1300 334 544. Once we learn an order has not arrived in a reasonable time, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or our contracted courier service (as applicable) to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

International deliveries

Unfortunately, Zelows is currently unable to deliver outside of Australia.
